I really like he and then he has said the guy likes myself. We now have texted over the past week, but now once I text him, it takes him hours to reply.
I do not wanna take a look obsessive, but i wish to speak to him.
Must I not text him and expect him to content me?

We have two bits of advice for you personally.
1. Prevent texting. Wait a little for their telephone call or ask him to phone the next time he texts.
2. Prevent chasing after him. Males dislike to hunt in a zoo.
You could have missing this along with your zealousness. Next time you are going to contain your self and try to let him perform some chasing.
Recall, sperm chases egg. Maybe not the reverse.
